Janée Krauth, Founder Janée Krauth Real Estate
Born and raised in Lancaster County, PA, she spent her career in four different states and 13 residences, putting her in a unique position to understand the excitement and challenges of both selling and buying a home.
When Janée and her husband, Mark, chose to settle in Hickory, she went to work with the #1 real estate firm in the Catawba Valley. Since then she has built a team of dedicated agents and support staff, bringing an extraordinary level of support and communication for their clients that is rarely seen in this industry. As the Listing agent for the team, Janee is committed to helping sellers get top dollar for their home through her unique and expansive marketing investments. Buyers look to her and her team for their exceptional skills in finding the perfect home.

When Janée is not serving her clients, she enjoys volunteering in the community, traveling with her husband, children and grandchildren as well as playing pickleball and golf.
Rebecca Piatt, Executive Assistant
Rebecca Piatt grew up in the Orlando, Florida, area and later moved to Clearwater, where she met her husband and started a family. After 26 years and seeing her three sons leave to serve in the U.S. Military, Rebecca and her family decided to relocate to North Carolina with their daughter to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle. During this transition, she met Janée Krauth, who assisted them in purchasing their dream home.
Rebecca has extensive professional experience in the mortgage and construction industries. She spent several years working for large mortgage companies, assisting customers with loan processing, approvals, and closings. Prior to joining our team, she led the accounting department at a large family-owned construction company, where she managed contracts, scheduling, bookkeeping, and a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Rebecca's background and proven commitment to detail and customers alike makes her a perfect addition to serve our clients in her role as Executive Assistant.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys connecting with her community, volunteering at her church, traveling to visit family, and vacationing in the mountains. She is thrilled to be a part of the Janée Krauth Real Estate team, combining her passion for helping others with her professional expertise to support clients in achieving their homeownership goals.
Isabella Esposito, Brand Manager
Isabella is the team's Brand Manager with a passion for visual media and digital content creation, she specializes in graphic design, photography, and video production. A native of Hickory, NC, Isabella enjoys everything North Carolina has to offer, from its mountains to its coastline.
She earned her degree in Studio Arts and Technology, with minors in Anthropology and English from Purdue University, where she developed her expertise in creativity and storytelling. Her professional journey has allowed her to combine technical skills with artistic vision to create compelling content that connects with audiences.
In addition to her work, Isabella enjoys volunteering in her community and spending time with her beloved cat, Betty. Isabella is proud to play an integral role in elevating the Janée Krauth Real Estate Team’s digital presence through marketing strategies and engaging content. Isabella's vision has brought Janée's passion for community to life.
