Janee helped us with our purchase in Catawba County in North Carolina. She went out of her way to look at properties prior to our arrival to NC. We live in Wisconsin, and she is our agent in North Carolina. It was hard for us to see the properties far away, so she was our eye down there. We came to North Carolina two times and made two offers that were accepted, but one fell through. We had just closed on the second property this week. The county wants a precise drawing of where the house will be built and have stake out the area prior for them to come out and do the perc test. We live nearly a1000 miles away and could come down to stake out the site. She went out there to stake out where we want to build our future home at the property on a cold and rainy season. She did all of this because she cares about her client. She wants the best for her client and would do anything to help making sure the buying process is a smooth as possible. She is tough and would work towards her client's advantage. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a great realtor.
